  • You agree not to share program content or discussions with others outside the intended learning container without written permission.

  • All content, material, and frameworks shared in WakeUpSkinny™, including course videos, workbooks, proprietary systems, and coaching materials, are the intellectual property of WakeUpSkinny™.

  • You are granted a non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use without consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • WakeUpSkinny™ is an educational and transformational service. We do not offer medical, psychological, or financial advice.

  • Results may vary based on individual effort and commitment.

  • Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if any terms are violated, or if your behavior is harmful to the integrity of the community.

  • You may also terminate your participation at any time. However, all payments made are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, or where applicable, the location of WakeUpSkinny’s primary operation. Any disputes shall be resolved through peaceful arbitration first, or in the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
